At Co-Fire, quality and service are our top priorities. If your order isn't exactly what you expected, you can easily return it. Below, you'll find all the information about our returns and exchanges policy.
At Co-Fire, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. During this period, you can inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical store. Within the return period, you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). You are therefore not required to provide a reason for your return.
Return Policy
To be eligible for return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unused and undamaged.
- The product is returned including all parts, accessories and manuals.
- The product has been returned in its original packaging (to the extent reasonably possible).
- The product shows no signs of use, assembly or damage.
If the product does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation or refuse the return.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned, for example:
- Products that are no longer saleable due to use or damage.
- Products where the seal has been broken (if applicable).
- Products that have clearly been used, assembled, or tested beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess condition/quality.
- Products that are made especially for you (custom-made or personalized).

Please use the original packaging or other sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transport. Return costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective. We recommend returning via a parcel service with track & trace and keeping the proof of shipment until the return has been fully processed.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the same payment method you used for the purchase, including shipping costs for the original order (if applicable).
Defective or incorrectly delivered item
Did you receive a defective product or was the delivery incorrect? Please report this within 2 days by calling +316 46303738 or sending an email to info@co-fire.eu, including photos of the product. We will then arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as quickly as possible.
Swap
Would you like to exchange the product for a different item or model? Please indicate this when you submit your return request. We will ship the new product as soon as the original item has been returned and inspected.
