At Co-Fire, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below, you can read all about our shipping methods, delivery times, and delivery options.
After receiving your payment, we will ship your order within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France via DHL. Delivery time is typically 2 to 4 business days* after receipt of payment.
*For all countries other than those listed above, delivery times may be longer. You can see this in your shopping cart.
If a product is not immediately available, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the options.
After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation. You'll also receive a track & trace email from us once your order has been shipped.
During holidays and peak periods, delivery time may be slightly longer.
Postage costs
Most Co-Fire products can be shipped. Shipping costs vary by product and country. The exact cost will be calculated during checkout on our website.
For certain product combinations, shipping costs are only charged once. If different shipping costs apply, we will contact you in advance.
Depending on the size, weight, or combination of products, a surcharge may apply to standard shipping costs. This surcharge will always be communicated to you in advance.
Please note: The 150cm Corten steel fire bowls cannot be shipped and can only be collected from our collection points .
Delivery of large or heavy products
Products such as fire bowls and grill ring BBQ sets are delivered via a specialist transport service.
- Delivery takes place by appointment
- The driver may, in some cases, contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- Delivery is to the front door, driveway or sidewalk
- Additional services such as assembly or installation are available upon request.
Track & Trace
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
For pallet or freight delivery, you will receive additional information from our transport partner.

Delayed delivery
We do our utmost to deliver all orders within the stated delivery time.
If there is a delay due to a carrier or stock discrepancy, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery time, please contact us.
We will immediately investigate the status of the delivery with the carrier.
