The GrillRing-Set 90 PRO consists of the following elements:

Co-Fire has developed a heavier GrillRing-Set especially for the professional market. The complete set is available in rust colour, so it can be used to create atmosphere immediately.

The GrillRing 90 PRO is made of high-quality 10 mm hardened steel. The steel has been heat-treated to remove internal stresses, minimising the chance of warping and making the surface robust and scratch-resistant. The GrillRing ‘floats’ in the dish, as it were, so that any excess oil or fat is always immediately drained into the dish. The distance to the edge of the dish also allows for air to flow in, allowing the flames to fully develop. The GrillRing is height-adjustable and can also be ordered with grill slots, giving your meat, fish and vegetables that special ‘striping’ and smoky flavour.

The Corten steel fire bowl with a diameter of 88-90 cm is made of 3 mm thick Corten steel. Corten steel is a weather-resistant type of steel and very suitable for moving the set daily.

The Corten steel ring (Ø45 cm, height 8 cm) that can be placed under the fire bowl provides extra stability and maximum support for the Woodstock PRO.

The Woodstock PRO is a 48 x 48 x 70 cm Corten steel pillar that not only raises the GrillRing to the desired cooking height, but also provides space for storing wood. The Woodstock PRO is a heavier version of the normal Woodstock and has a more robust appearance.

The Top 95 PRO is a Corten steel cover plate that protects the GrillRing and bowl from the rain and prevents ash and sparks from blowing away. As soon as the plate is placed on the bowl, the fire is immediately extinguished and you can leave the fire pit with peace of mind. The underside of the Top PRO has a drip edge that minimises the ingress of rainwater. The Top also allows you to use the fire bowl as a table.

For even more culinary cooking possibilities, the Dot BBQ PRO etagere (with grill slots) gives you extra cooking and grilling surface. This is made of 10 mm special steel and gives the BBQ striping and a special smoky flavour to your meat, fish and vegetables. After use, the Dot BBQ PRO can be left to smoulder so that the cover plate can be placed on the still warm fire bowl for protection.

The following two handy cooking accessories are included. The Spatula Small is a stainless steel spatula that allows you to easily scrape the plate clean and move it. You can place the Spatula on the edge of the GrillRing while cooking. In addition, the elegant 500ml stainless steel oil can ensures perfect distribution of the oil on the GrillRing.
