What Makes the Co-Fire Fire Bowl BBQ Unique?
Internal 10 mm Grill Ring
The defining feature of the Co-Fire Fire Bowl BBQ is the internal grill ring with a material thickness of up to 10 mm. Adjustable steel supports underneath the grill ring allow the distance between the fire bowl and grill ring to be regulated according to your needs.
Unlike many competing fire bowl grills, oil and grease do not drip over the edge of the cooking plate onto your patio. Even more importantly, this design optimises combustion. The gap between the fire bowl and grill ring creates excellent airflow, resulting in balanced temperature zones and a relaxed grilling experience.
As a general rule: the larger the gap, the more intense the combustion.
Deep Fire Bowl
Our extra-deep fire bowls are not only visually impressive but also create a greater distance between the fire and the cooking plate. This makes the grilling experience noticeably more relaxed.
The temperature can also be regulated more easily. We recommend using dry firewood that has been split multiple times. With Co-Fire fire bowl grills, the type of wood plays a less important role.
Weather-Resistant Corten Steel
All Co-Fire fire bowl bases are made from weather-resistant Corten steel. The same applies to the fire bowls in the PRO Series.
Corten steel consists of iron with added copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel and chromium. Its defining features are the orange-brown rust colour and exceptionally long lifespan. The first corrosion layer protects the material against further rusting.
Corten steel is widely used for sculptures, façade protection and garden decoration. A Corten steel fire bowl BBQ is therefore not only beautiful, but also low-maintenance and virtually indestructible.
Cover Plate with Drip Edge
The Co-Fire cover plate is made from 2 mm Corten steel and mainly prevents rainwater from entering the fire bowl. The integrated milled drip edge is especially useful for this purpose.
The cover plate rests directly on the rim of the fire bowl and protects the grill ring positioned underneath. If needed, it also effectively cuts off the oxygen supply, allowing the grill fire to extinguish safely and almost smoke-free.
Tip: a fire bowl BBQ with cover plate can also be used as a plant stand, side table or bar table.
The PRO Series – Our Premium Model for Every Application
The Co-Fire PRO Series was launched in 2020. To this day, we have received only positive feedback regarding its functionality and durability.
With the Fire Bowl Grill PRO, we primarily address restaurants and caterers, although private use is of course equally suitable.
In the PRO Series, the pedestal, base ring, cover plate and fire bowl are always made from pre-weathered Corten steel. In addition, we supply a high-quality grill ring made from 10 mm steel. This ring is hardened through a special process and stress-relief annealed. As a result, the surface is exceptionally dimensionally stable and easy to clean hygienically.
Which Accessories Are Available for Our Fire Bowl BBQ?
At Co-Fire, we offer a wide range of grill accessories. All products are specially designed for our fire bowl grills and significantly expand the possibilities of your Co-Fire.
The grill attachment and wok attachment are placed directly onto the grill ring. They increase the cooking surface and allow direct contact between the fire and the food. They also form the basis for our pizza oven and practical Foodbumper.
A special highlight in our accessory collection is the battery-powered Spitfire rotisserie. It is ideal for preparing whole chickens and large cuts of meat, such as spare ribs.
High-quality BBQ spatulas are essential when cooking on a grill ring. They allow you to lift vegetables or turn meat. A good grill spatula is also a perfect tool for cleaning the grill ring.
