GrillRing-Set 100 PRO+

The GrillRing Set 90 PRO+ Basic consists of the following elements:

Co-Fire has developed a heavier GrillRing set especially for the professional market. The complete set is offered in rust colour, so that it can be immediately used atmospherically. The PRO+ series is distinguished from the normal PRO line by the presence of an ash drawer and ash slider. With the ash drawer and ash pan, you can, especially if you are grilling for a longer period of time such as a day/evening event, remove the ashes in between. This also gives you an extra oxygen boost so that the flames can develop even more.

The GrillRing 100 PRO is made of high-quality 10 mm hardened steel. The steel has been made stress-free through heat treatment, which minimises the risk of warping and makes the surface robust and scratch-resistant. The GrillRing 'floats' as it were in the bowl, so any excess oil or fat is always drained directly into the bowl. The distance to the edge of the bowl also allows for air supply so that the play of flames can fully develop.The GrillRing is adjustable in height and can also be ordered with grill slots, giving your meat, fish and vegetables the 'striping' and special smoky flavour.

The Corten Steel Firebowl of 88-90 cm diameter is made of 3 mm thick Corten steel. Corten steel is a weather-resistant type of steel and very suitable for moving the set around daily if necessary. This bowl has been adapted for the + version.

The Corten steel ring (Ø45 cm, height 8 cm) that can be placed under the fire bowl gives extra stability and maximum support on the Woodstock PRO+. The ring allows the bowl to be placed level.

The Woodstock PRO+ is a 48 x 48 x 70 cm Corten steel column, which not only raises the GrillRing to the desired cooking height, but also allows for wood storage. The Woodstock PRO+ is a heavier version of the normal Woodstock and has a more robust appearance. The + version also has a grate, ash drawer and ash slider, so you can dispose of ashes in between and give the fire an extra oxygen boost.

All this is included in this set and is offered at a total bargain price. With this GrillRing set, you can easily treat up to 100 guests to a culinary feast.

The Co-Fire expansion options and cooking accessories explained:  The Top 110 PRO is a Corten steel cover plate that ensures that the GrillRing and bowl are shielded from rainfall and prevents any ash and sparks from being blown away. As soon as the plate is placed on the bowl, the fire is immediately extinguished and you can leave the fire pit with peace of mind. The Top PRO has a dripping edge at the bottom which minimises the incidence of rainwater. Thanks to the Top, the fire bowl can also be used as a table.

For even more culinary cooking options, the Dot PRO or Dot BBQ PRO (with grill slots), both made of 10 mm special steel, provide extra cooking and grilling surface. The etagere the Dot WokGrill is also suitable for the PRO versions and can be used to place the special Co-Fire Wok and/or grill skewers on. Now temporarily with a free Grill Skewer Set, consisting of 6 stainless steel skewers of 45 cm. Any hot Dots can be removed with fireproof gloves, the Co-Fire Gloves, after use when the fire is extinguished, so that the cover plate can be placed on the firebowl for protection.

With this cast iron Woodsplitter, you can easily and quickly split all wood and get it ready for the perfect fire. Suitable for splitting logs with a maximum diameter of 17 cm.
The Porter is a carrying arm which allows you to very easily move the heavy GrillRing, which may still be hot. By removing the GrillRing, you can also use it as a fire bowl. This also makes it easy to transport for catering purposes.

With the special stainless steel spatula (in various sizes), you can easily scrape the GrillRing clean and move food. You can conveniently place the spatulas on the edge of the GrillRing while cooking. The special Co-Fire Saucebottle, the elegant 500ml stainless steel Oilcan and the Flammlachs complete your cooking pleasure. With the Flammlachs, you can spectacularly grill not only your salmon but also other types of fish/meat over the fire.
