This innovative design creates excellent airflow, efficient combustion and perfectly balanced cooking zones. Unlike many competing fire plate grills, grease does not run over the edge of the cooking plate onto patios or outdoor kitchens.

The larger the gap between the fire bowl and grill ring, the more intensive the combustion process becomes.

Extra Deep Fire Bowl

The deep fire bowl creates greater distance between the flames and the cooking surface, resulting in controlled heat distribution and a more relaxed outdoor cooking experience.

Large Integrated Ash Drawer with Airflow Control

The defining feature of the PRO+ Series is its open-bottom fire bowl combined with an integrated ash drawer.

Ash falls through a grate directly into the spacious ash drawer built into the pedestal. This allows ash removal without extinguishing the fire.
