Internal 10 mm Grill Ring

The defining feature of the Co-Fire Fire Bowl BBQ is its internal 10 mm steel grill ring. Adjustable steel supports beneath the ring allow you to customise the distance between the fire bowl and cooking surface.

This design creates optimal airflow, efficient combustion and perfectly balanced cooking zones. Unlike many competing fire plate grills, grease does not run over the edge of the cooking plate onto patios or outdoor kitchens.

The larger the gap between the fire bowl and grill ring, the more intensive the combustion process becomes.

Extra Deep Fire Bowl

The deep fire bowl increases the distance between the flames and the cooking surface, creating a more controlled and enjoyable grilling experience.

Large Integrated Ash Drawer

The standout feature of the PRO+ Series is its open-bottom fire bowl combined with an integrated ash drawer.

Ash falls through a grate directly into the large ash drawer built into the pedestal. This allows ash to be removed without extinguishing the fire.
